Kingdoms Legacy is a Discord-based gaming community application system that allows users to:

• Submit applications to join the server
• Track application status
• View community statistics and information
• Manage personal data and privacy settings

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Discord Authentication

Access to the Service requires authentication through Discord. By using Discord OAuth, you agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.3 Data Retention

Application history may be retained for moderation and community management purposes, even after account deletion.

6.1 Termination by User

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. You may request data deletion through our Privacy page.

6.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service.

7.2 Gaming Community

Application approval is at the sole discretion of community administrators. We do not guarantee acceptance.

7.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services, including Discord.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kingdoms Legacy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The european Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
